These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AdManager, an advertising management platform operated at getadmanager.com ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
AdManager provides automated advertising management tools for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads. Features include campaign performance monitoring, AI-powered bid optimization recommendations, negative keyword management, automated alerts, and cross-platform reporting. All AI-generated recommendations require explicit user approval before being applied unless the user has configured automatic application rules.
You must have a valid Google account to use the Service. You must have lawful authority to connect and manage any advertising accounts you link to the platform. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Access is currently limited to authorized users. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
By connecting an advertising account, you grant AdManager permission to read campaign data and make changes (bid adjustments, negative keyword additions, campaign status updates) on your behalf, subject to your approval settings.
You may revoke this access at any time by disconnecting the account in Settings or by revoking OAuth permissions directly in your Google, Meta, or Microsoft account settings.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate advertising optimization recommendations. These recommendations are based on historical performance data and rule-based thresholds. They are provided for informational purposes and as decision support tools.
You acknowledge that AI recommendations may not always be accurate or appropriate for your specific business context. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any changes before they are applied to your advertising accounts.
AdManager is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recommendations will improve your advertising performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdManager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of advertising spend, lost profits, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Service or any actions taken based on AI recommendations.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
